Because no two families are exactly alike, legal problems and issues faced by any given family require solutions that are tailored to that family’s unique situation and needs.
In family law and divorce cases, we emphasize the benefits of cooperation and of using negotiation or mediation to resolve issues peaceably while keeping stress and costs to a minimum. However, there are times when it is necessary to go to court to protect your rights. Todd A. Durden is a strong advocate on your behalf, with trial skills gained through several hundred contested family law hearings over twenty seven years of practice. His appellate experience allows him to continue to represent you after the trial and upon appeal.
